Danvers, MA – Brightview Danvers, a new rental retirement and assisted living community, announces their affiliation with Partners Continuing Care and the Mass General/North Shore Center for Outpatient Care. This affiliation will bring unprecedented access to a broad range of advanced healthcare services for residents of the new Brightview Danvers community.
The affiliation with Partners Continuing Care will provide Brightview residents with on- site doctor’s appointments, physical therapy services, creative homecare options and wellness programs. When the new Mass General/North Shore Center for Outpatient Care opens in spring 2009, Brightview Danvers residents will enjoy next-door convenience of comprehensive day surgery, radiation and medical oncology services, advanced diagnostic imaging and cardiac diagnostic services by physicians from Massachusetts General Hospital and North Shore Medical Center working together.
“The affiliation puts Partners Continuing Care services within easy reach of Brightview residents and takes advantage of the community’s unique location immediately adjacent to the new Mass General/North Shore Center for Outpatient Care,” says David Storto, President of Partners Continuing Care.
“By drawing on the expertise of Partners Continuing Care and by providing immediate access to a world-class outpatient center, we are providing Brightview residents with unprecedented access to the services of Partners HealthCare and the collaboration of its member hospitals, Massachusetts General Hospital and North Shore Medical Center,” says Beth Vellante, Executive Director of Brightview Danvers. “Through our combined efforts, we have already started to sponsor free community educational seminars. The feedback from participants has been very positive.”
