Brightview Assisted Living of Bel Air’s Dottie Usarowski Named ‘Health Care Supervisor of the Year’
Bel Air, MD - Brightview Senior Living, owner and manager of Brightview of Bel Air, as well as 15 other retirement communities in the mid-Atlantic region, held its Leadership Conference on April 22 - 24, 2008 in Hunt Valley, Md. The annual event is highlighted by the announcement of the recipient of the ‘Health Care Supervisor of the Year Award’ which is Brightview’s highest honor for consistent demonstration of outstanding care for a community’s residents. Dottie Usarowski of Bel Air, a director of health services at Brightview of Bel Air, received the award this year.
Dottie Usarowski received this award for being a strong and compassionate leader in caring for the residents at Brightview of Bel Air. Executive director at Brightview of Bel Air, Eileen Adams, said, “Dottie truly cares for all of those people around her and conveys this feeling exceptionally well to associates, residents and their families. She always takes time to listen, and does it with an air of sincerity which is amazing to behold as she deals with multiple tasks so skillfully.”
